I have a degree in Biology and specialised in Biochemistry. However I found that my real passion is to help people achieve an optimal state of physical and mental health using foods and natural products and avoiding medication whenever possible.
This has led me to study dietetics. My studies and experience combine to help understanding my patients medical conditions and medications and help them use foods and natural nutrients to heal and find energy and balance. Throughout the years, I have gained experience in the dietary treatment of a range of medical conditions. I am a Monash FODMAP trained dietitian. As I suffered from IBS and asthma since a very young age I can very much relate to patients experiences.
I have also strong interest in mental and public health and deliver healthy eating courses to people with learning difficulties and mental health conditions. I also enjoy developing new recipes and am enthusiastic about sugar free baking.
